Two formats, buyer’s choice.
Plastic crate of 10 kg, approximately 29 heads. Waxed carton of 9 kg, approximately 26 pieces. Both are the formats we already run; we are not describing a line we would have to build.
If your programme needs a different count per box, a specific pallet configuration or a label, say so in the first message: it changes the answer, and it changes it before we quote, not after.

When is Mexican broccoli available?
All year. We seed 200 trays a day, six days a week, and transplant 6 to 8 hectares weekly, so the harvest is continuous rather than seasonal.
What cut and size do you grow?
Crown cut with a 3 to 4 cm stem, 300 to 400 grams per head.

Where are you located?
Palmar de Bravo and Quecholac, in the state of Puebla, Mexico — the two largest broccoli-growing municipalities in the state.
Are you food-safety certified?
A GFSI-recognised food-safety certification is an entry requirement for fresh produce into the United States, and ours is still pending. It is marked as such on the spec sheet, because a buyer will ask and the answer should not come as a surprise at the end.
Do you also grow carrots?
Yes. Fresh washed carrot, 18 to 22 cm, 100 to 160 grams per piece, available all year.
